Two hens sitting in same laying box

What do you do if you have two hens sitting on eggs in the same laying box? One hen was sitting and the other just decided to sit in the same box. Should we move one to another box or leave them both where they are?

I just leave to sort it out themselves. Any time I've taken one out, she always just hopped back in.

i have had a turkey and a Buff Orp. hen setting on a nest.. Yesterday i saw babies

They both seem to be taking care of them, so, im not worried

I don't think there is much you can do other than letting them sort it out themselves.

well the turkey hen actually made the nest on the floor of the barn (on straw), instead of a nesting box(go figure). I tried to put a fold-up cage around her but she would drag it lol.. so i thought well she's a big girl so i will let her handle it.lol.. her hatching buddy came in that night and joined her.. Stayed with her this whole time.. Infact the turkey hen started STEALING eggs from the hens to add to her own collection..he he he.. i will post a pic for you if you want....
