Two injured hens feet not really improving

Last week I had 3 different chickens come up with similar injuries on their feet. My 2 red sex-link hens have been separated and placed in separate cages. The younger aracauna pullet i released yesterday. The injury on the pullet's foot was higher and not on the toes. He is walking with a very pronounced limp but will sit to eat. The 2 sex-link girls are still only standing on one leg. They have good appetites and are drinking water. If I pull slightly they will resist and pull the leg back but they still refuse to stand on both feet. The swelling is still evident. What to do next?

Are the injuries cuts or something like bumblefoot?
If it's cuts, clean them out with Soap & water, pat them dry.
Smear the area with plain Neosporin, fold up one of those square non-stick bandages, place over the wound. Wrap loosly with gauze leaving toes sticking out (for balance) then wrap the whole thing with that lightly sticky first aid tape (not too tight). Should look like this:

(Boots only has one toe on each foot, you'll have to weave between your chickens toes so they can walk)
Chenge bandages every other day until wounds are closed.

Bumblefoot is the same process, but you have to dig out the "plug" of infection in the foot, flush it out then pack with Neosporin.

Do you have any pics of the injuries? If it's already infected, you may need a vet to prescribe antibiotics......

I appreciate the information, but I know what bumblefoot is because have seen it in a rooster I had that died last year after complications set in. I have a neighbor with jacob's sheep and I am thinking that they have gotten out and into my yard and have stepped on thier feet and toes. The skin doesn't look broken, but the skin is discolored and there is some swelling in the area, too.

I'm thinking maybe you could do for your chickens whatever it is you would do for a human who got stepped on? I can't remember if you apply ice to reduce the swelling or heat? A little splint with soft padding on the bottom to keep some of the weight off? A sling or something?
Well, I'm no help. I hope someone with more experience in those types of injuries can give you some advice......
