Two kinds of consistent bumps on my eggs

She's about a 6lb 9 month old, not really a layer breed. The random spots are the flaky calcium, but then the spots on top are thin bumps that push out on the inside of the shell also. She's been laying like this for a while even after giving her mostly grower feed for a couple weeks.
