I need suggestions on managing me flock roosters. At this point I think I may have 2, maybe 3. Can I separate them from the flock ? Try to give them away ? I have had several bad experiences with full grown roo's

You can do either. If you don't need them for breeding or flock protection, I would recommend giving them away on Craigslist or making chicken soup

Good luck!

Craig's list is a good way to go. I am not quite up to the soup thing yet.

1 is a White Crested Polish and the other is a Creveceour- black. Not too meaty !

You could probably get a little money from those 2 breeds on Craigslist. Although not rare, they're not exceptionally common either. I'd take a pic and post them on Craigslist with a price between $7 - 10.

I've had good luck moving even Sexlink, NHR and BA cockerels on Craigslist. Those that don't sell are into freezer camp at 18-19 weeks....but they're a bit meatier.

We bought 16 pullet peepers - it looks like at least 3 of them (now 5 weeks old) are roos.

We are asking the same questions. We're not sure if we should keep them for a while and 'pick' the best one to keep for a roo - or if we should make chicken noodles with them!

It's tough to know what to do. I did read on this forum that you need to plan for having roos when you buy pullets 'cause it's gonna happen. However, I read that about 2 days ago - we haven't figured out what to do yet.
