I've had a sick bird for a few days now. She has wet looking eyes that are usually closed, and is very lethargic.
Initially I thought it was sour crop because one of her brooder mates had it last week. I put ACV in the water. But her stomach seems empty every morning, so I thought that ruled it out. Then I saw some blood in her poop, so I gave her Corid yesterday, but no improvement today. I've been giving her yogurt with chick food and raw garlic. She eats it, but with her eyes closed, she even goes over to the water and drinks it with her eyes closed. I also tried VetRX on her beak because once or twice I heard her do a small sneeze. Maybe it's respiratory? But would that explain the bloody poop? I've got some oxy-whatever antibiotics I could give her...

Hello. I am having the exact same problem with a serama pullet. She has a healthy appetite and is drinking fluid. I noticed several days ago (she is in a brooder w/ several others), some bloody poo. I treated for coccidia. I was looking on this site to see if anyone else has or had the same problem.

After 48 hours on oxytetracycline, her right eye is continually open, and I saw her open her left eye!! The other pullet that is with her is getting the oxy too, since I figured she was probably infected with whatever even though she only showed minor symptoms three days ago. She is now showing no symptoms at all. Yay!! Hoping for a full recovery...
