First looks like a pullet, second one's pattern is a bit sketch. Post updated pics in 2 more weeks.

In agreement with the above posters. First is a pullet, second looks to be developing rusty colouring on wings, which leans a slow developing cockerel.

Both birds look like pullets to me.
