If the white one is a light sussex, possible because of the pink legs, it is poorly marked. Unless you are breeding for show, that's a non issue. Her eggs will be yummy and she could be a sweetie. I don't think it's a boy, at even 12 weeks, you should see red comb and wattles and hackle and saddle feathers. Perhaps even hear a crow or two. I think you have two pullets that are approaching point of lay, especially if they are 4 months old.
