Two new pullets

I have 10 hens who are all about a year old. I have acquired two pullets who are 6 and 9 weeks old. I have the two pullets together separate . Do I keep them together even after the older one is laying and then introduce them together to the older hens? The pullets are a black copper Maran (6 weeks) and an Ameraucana (9 Weeks).

Keep them together.
Wait till they are closer to the size of then full frown hens then introduce them at the same time.That way they have eachother.
