two of my silkie hens layed really small eggs would they have babies in them

my partner went to collect the eggs and two of the hens are brrody and have been sitting on the eggs when he collected them he found three really small eggs. we did have a rooster with them but had to sell him due to the fact that we live in a built up area and he was making noise could he have got the hens pregnant as we only had him for two days and we had him about three months ago could there be babies in the eggs this is the size of the eggs can someone tell up please if these will have babies in them our hens are silkis and are nearly a year old .

Small eggs are "fart eggs" and they do not have yolks in them most of the time. It's even less likely that they contain a fertile embryo.
Chickens do not "get pregnant" and there are no babies in an egg until the fertile egg is incubated and begins to develop. The maximum amount of time a hen can store sperm in 3 weeks.
