Two out of my six hens losing feathers

I have two chickens that are having their feathers pecked at and one looks like her comb got damaged. I do not have any roosters. The red starlight leghorn has had feathers missing on her back since before winter. They start to grow back a little but are always pecked out. The white leghorn just started having her tail feathers pecked out this winter. I have not witnessed any of my other hens picking on them. I have a barred rock, Rhode Island Red, Americana and a black australorp. Any advice would be helpful. I am thinking I need to find a new home for these two.

I’m pretty sure it’s other chickens picking on them... though I could be wrong.

How big is your coop? Post a photo of your setup. How many places do you have for them to hide? How many water feeders and feeders do you have? Do you know who is pecking them? If so how many? And what breed are they?
How old are your hens? Are they laying still? Some people ask what state or city your in, so if you want you could answer that.

My reds were feather pecking this winter as well. We put pinless peepers on them and they have stopped. You would have to spend some time watching to see who it is or put them on all of them. With a towel to wrap them in and 2 people it was not that hard.
