Two questions (possibly silly)

I was just wondering first, when my girls might lose their peeps and gain their clucks. Second, is it normal for a few feathers to fall out as they are feathering? My girls are 7 weeks old.

Those are not silly questions. All of us have asked them at one point!

It takes a few weeks for the chicks to gain their adult voices. I think mine were somewhere around 3 months old when they really showed their new voices.

Yes, it's normal. Those old feathers have to go somewhere! As long as you're not seeing any bald spots on the chicks, it's just normal feather growth.
