Two wild birds both with different leg injuries. Need help!

We’re about to leave, I’m bringing bread crumbs too lure the pigeon and feed Pixar the 2nd. I’ll get pics.

Ok there is SOOO many people. We couldn’t even go near due to COVID and I know that pigeon wouldn’t be anywhere near there. It was so skittish and scared when I saw it. I’ll try tomorrow.

Nooooo! I’m literally like crying! I got a cold (don’t worry, I tested negative for COVID) today and we’re leaving tomorrow so I can’t even help the pigeon!!! Though I did see zip ties (with the ends cut off so the just functioned as leg bands) around another pigeons legs. I’m hoping that means someone is tracking the pigeons and maybe helped/I’d going to help that pigeon. Maybe?
Also I couldn’t find Pixar the 2nd but every time I’ve gone she’s been limping a little less and I think she just might have healed? Either that or I failed completely *sigh*

Ikr I’m so sad and I wanted to help but things kept going wrong and then it just fell through in the end
