Hi everyone.
I was cooking my largest egg, which was 2 1/4 oz, and I peeled off the shell, put salt and pepper on, and I began to eat it. I saw the yolk and I said to myself, "Dark yolk, I think that means it was a healthy egg. I wonder if I will ever find two yolks in one egg?" I thought about it, and I said, "I dont think that will ever happen." So I finished the yolk and bit into the egg more, to discover there WAS a second yolk. I was like, "WHAT ON EARTH?!?!"
It was funny, but it made me wonder what causes this. How does this happen?
