Tylan 200 and Baytril

Hello! My Pekin is breathing with her mouth open, with a gurgling noise and occasionally blood coming out of her mouth. She cant stand without extending her wings and keeps falling over. I have checked for Bumblefoot and there are no signs. We are thinking respiratory infection? She is not eating much besides peas and stool is watery. I am giving her electrolytes in her water and putting the peas in the water so she's getting food AND electrolytes. I have also used VetRx and rubbed on her beak and top of head. We will be administering Tylan 200 to her but have no access to injectable syringes so we are attempting to do it orally. She weighs about 6 lbs. Would you say correct dosage would be about .25 ml orally? She will start on Baytril next week when it is delivered.. Should we stop Tylan 200 completely when Baytril is started or is some overlap ok? We cant get into a vet until shes back from vaca on Thursday
