I've been reading posts about using Tylan 200 instead of 50 and I'm wondering what a dose would be for both a regular chicken and a bantam one. I've seen many doses and I'd like to just get answers here on this post. I want to give it to them orally, no shots. I don't have the option for Tylan 50 anymore due to Tractor Supply not having them anymore. I found Tylan 200 on Amazon, but I just don't know the doses for that one.

Since Tylan 200 is 200 mg per ml, and Tylan 50 is 50 mg per ml, Tylan 200 is 4 times as strong as Tylan 50. For a regular 5 pound chicken you would give 25 mg per pound, or 125mg 3 times a day. That is 0.62 ml. For a bantam, which may weigh 1 pound, the 25mg per pound dose is the same. This 0.11 ml. I would get a 1 ml from a pharmacy which could help with small dosages.
