Tylan 200. Peafowl respiratory illness

If it truly is MG you need to destroy the bird and burn the body. That being said the symptoms you described do not sound like MG. A simple throat swab and lab testing can confirm. MG will show in the mouth of the bird as whitish yellow lesions around the larynx and roof of the mouth. The bird will rattle and cough but otherwise eat well and maintain a good weight. Tylan is the recommended drug for treating MG but does not cure the bird and it will always be a carrier of the disease.
