Tylan 50 powder suggestions?

Hello all,

I have a full grown rooster who I suspect has a respiratory infection. I have tylan 50 powder but am not sure how to administer

Since he is in a cage with his females (who are not sick) they will all be drinking from the same water

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as far as daily dosage and duration and any helpful tips on how to mix

It is Tylan (or tylosin) Soluble Powder, I believe, that you have. If you show a picture of the label we will know for sure. Usually if there are 100 grams in the packet, the dosage is 1 teaspoonful or 5 grams per gallon of water for 3-5 days. Change the water every 3 days.
