I believe you need a prescription for it now and it’s not sold OTC. You can get a prescription from the vet.

Try ebay. I saw some on sale there. Power and liquid. Some ship from overseas though, so I would be wary of that. Here is one from Texas:

You can easily get tylosin soluble powder online, especially at pigeon sites, but I haven’t seen Tylan 50 or 200 on shelves for almost 2 years.
