Hey folks I think one of my chickens have Mycoplasma, If I give the chicken tylan50 and its not Mycoplasma will the tylan50 hurt it? Does Tylan50 cure other things??? My chicken have loss of energy and has bubbles on her eyes almost like someone spit in her eyes. The Tylan50 is all I know to give... Or all I found Thank you all so much!!!

I just had to do that.

One teaspoon in a gallon of water, mix well.
However it seems the life of the mix has a limited time of effectiveness.
So it might be better to mix a quarter teaspoon into a quart.

It has like an 8 hour time of effective use once mixed.

Using a large eyedropper, I irrigate the nostrils, the eyes and fill the crop with the water Tylan mix once a day.

It should clear it right up.

I put everyone in that coop on it, so I mixed the gallons and put it in their waterer to prevent spread of the disease..

Also, my vet warned me, that you are not supposed to get Tylan on your skin.

I have used LA-200 on chickens, which would be similar to Tylan-200. I have had a hen almost die, enough so that the Colorado State University Avian Vets could not even get blood to draw. I saved her, and another, with LA 200. I gave an excessive dose to her, 1 1/2 cc injected into the breast, every other day for a week, rotating sites, and she recovered and lived a long life. I find injecting to be a faster route than by mouth.
