According to most literature, mycoplasma can respond to tetracyclines, including oxcytetracycline and doxycycline, tylosin (Tylan,) erythromcyin, and tiamulin (Denagard.) I am sure there are others too.

I saw that also..I suppose they say that because tetracycline inhibits growth of bacteria so antibodies can catch up and kill the bacteria...but beings mycoplasma had no cell walls. I would think there would be better..like Tylan...

I know the USDA vet I have assigned to me said it was not a good choice...
