Tylan powder; can you feed it to healthy pullets?

I have 4 pullets, 1 is sick and the rest seem to be healthy. Is it safe to feed it to all of them, even though not all the pullets are sick? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

I dont recommend it since there is no indication that it's spreading to your other birds. Check for an environmental problem going on with your 'sick' bird.
