type of feed for oegb?

I got a trio of oegb last year. I was just feeding them the same as the rest of my flock, layer pellets. I started hatching their eggs and one of the hens chicks seem more frail, almost like she has a nutritional deficiency. Am I not feeding with the right type of food? Should I give them game feed? Thanks for any help
