I have three chicks and I know the mama is a leghorn full breed. Two of the chicks have black dots.

Daddy could be a RIR mix (possible bar rock? He is orange with black and white mottled specks) but usually I guess if he mates with the leghorn they turn out all white no specks.

There is also an all black jersey giant roo. So maybe a leghorn -giant mix. Oh my how big will they get?

No clue if they're boys or girls. Feather sexing isn't too reliable and I'm confused by it.

Will their black spots go away and they end up all white or who knows?

Feather sexing only works with certain crosses and neither of your choices would be correct.
Crossing with a white leghorn gives the offspring one copy of dominate white. One copy usually doesn't cover everything so thats why they show black specks. They will not go away if anything they may end up showing a few more.
What does you RIR mix look like? Does he have red coloring? Dominate white doesn't hide gold tones so if the chick shows any gold tones its his.
If it only shows black specks it could be either.
What color legs does the chick have? If yellow it should be the RIR's assuming he is a RIR/BR cross and/or has yellow legs. If white or pinkish its the JG's. If it has dark wash on them check the bottoms.

Ok lemme take photos of the babies. One does have a gold spot on its head.
