Types of coturnix effecting actual hatching

Have others noticed certain coturnix types having longer or more difficult hatches?
Okay.. so I have 18 eggs.. half jumbo brown and half recessive white... 6 that hatched so far seem to be all brown on day 16. I have a few more piping and one almost all the way out and from the color that I’m assuming to be all of the RW... just found it interesting and wondered about it ‍

Our whites hatch normally as our other colour ones, but with much shorter feather for some reason. That seems to be the only difference. Oh and they seem to grow slower...but not sure if I can call this a pattern.

Thanks.. yea.. I wondered about all the different variations and possible genetic abnormalities... very interesting
