There are 2 different 'types' of golden, one is gold base with blakc spots on the back, the other is gold base with maroon spots on the back.
You can put goldens in with your browns, golden is incomplete dominant. I believe I've read that from every 3 eggs (theoretically) that you hatch from a brown/golden cross, 2 of the chicks will be golden, and 1 will be brown.
The 'A&M' that most people have now are not 'true' A&M. A&M are supposed to be about a pound in size, most people's are the size of a pharoah (about 6-8 oz.) So I am calling mine whites.
There is a variety called the english white which was used to make A&M. English whites are pharoah sized, so it seems most 'A&M' are reverting back to this.
You can put whites with your browns as well. White is recessive though, so all the chicks would look brown. Eventually, you could breed the offspring together and get a percentage of white hatchlings, but they wouldn't be anything special, just whites
What you could do is put the whites and goldens together, and try to get a golden tuxedo. I believe there are a few people that have 'A&M' that have golden head spots instead of brown head spots, so it should be possible to get golden tux's eventually.
You need more colors
I have a few openings in egg sales next week if you want some really neat colors
