Udder Question, has this happend to you?

I have a FF Nigerian Dwarf goat due to kid soon she has lost her mucus plug (her ligaments are also gone) but has no udder to speak of! I was wondering how fast a goats udder can actually fill before kidding, and has this happend to any one else?

Not sure, but it can probably happen fast with a FF.
