uggg new house problems

Did you get home insurance when you bought--that's not the correct name--it's a policy to fix things that break within the first year of purchase of a "used" home. Usually costs about $300-500, and there is a small deductable for each repair. It is pretty common--at least in AZ.

We had a 1yr home warranty when we bought our house, and it's 110 years old. I think our deductible was 95 dollars. It did have a list of exclusions, but thankfully we didn't have to use it.

5 year old house is still pretty new. The builder MIGHT still cover it. I think it depends on the builder.

What are the odds lol The plumber besides getting our pipes and well insulated also has chickens and turkey's. He is going to hook me up with some of the breeds I have been looking for.
Seems like I made lemonade with the lemons thrown my way.

We had the same thing with our house. We almost thought of renewing after the year was up, but we got a class action suit thingy in the mail pertaining to the same company that supplied the home warranty. We opted not to renew it. I guess they are in some hot water now.
