Went to a guy's house to look at bird's today, he had many pens that were interconnected and doors open inside so birds can run around. What do I see in a few of his pens?? Amherst/golden crosses. Wish people would quit doing this. Just though I would vent.
He did have some nice birds though besides these.

maybe he is working on a new kind of bird... you know we wouldnt have texas A&M's if some one had not experimented and made them... of course there is always the off chance that it was an accidental breeding... and rather than cull them he is keeping them... but its more than likely he was playing around.... I never understand why people breed mutt animals... and thats why all my pets are spayed or neutered.. I dont want mutts. but not every one has the same ideals as you or I so they do what ever whim comes to them... its good to vent...
