Ugh! I think i'm a roo...what breed am I? 4-5 week old chicks (PIC)

I think i've got a roo...

but what breed is it? one in front with speckles on the wing.
Bought from TSC out of the pullet bin of assorted reds...yeah, so much for that being reliable...
I've got 6 of this breed and i'm dying to know what it is...Free Roo to a good home in MA

I concur, looks like a RIR Roo to me also, but I'm no expert! I posted pics of my RIR as a chick and even at 3.5 months and everyone thought he was a hen. He's only been looking like a true roo for the past 1.5 months or so. Still growing in his roo wattles & comb.

Also I just subscribed to your blog. I too am a serious foodie.

Looks like a roo but i guess it can go either way

"he" is probably a production red or RIR.
