I have a few duck eggs that look like they are ready to pop they are so full...so I expect some activity in the next few days! others most have started incubating later!! one egg is very full but I can still see fluid moving just under the air sac! does that sound okay?

that's my dilemma...I don't know the exact date they began to incubate...some aren't as far along....several have quit....the one I was concerned with yesterday started oozing so needless to say there was no long a question lol....I have one that looks like it's in the last few days of development...the others are a few weeks!! I have 3 chicks due tomorrow...2 have pipped that's taking my mind of the ducks for now lol!

Wow, I guess that is kind of hard then... if you have another incubator, you could put the ones that look like they should hatch soon in it and leave the others where they are... if not just try and clean the incubator really quickly after "the first wave" hatches.

Good luck!

yes I do have a "delivery room" lol that way I can be sure those due to hatch have enough humidity! I have 3 little chickies this morning that's always fun!!

Well at least you have a separate place for him to hatch. I’ve tried staggered hatches in one incubator and it did not work out well.
Congrats on the chickies! Pictures are always welcome! :)
