So I read the instructions and my brinsea was sapose to have a factory preset of 99.3-99.6 or some such so I turned it on it and the temp was to high so I followed the instrutions and tried to turn it a 1/4 of a turn and I felt something give. It broke the little thing that is inside to turn flattend back and now my little screw drive cant reach it and the fan is on but there is no heat.
Its less then 24 hours old
I am going to guess this isnt normal , I wasnt putting all that much pressure on it and if it was that easy to mess up Im shure more people would complain right
. My quail eggs are sapose to hatch in there dang it. I have both my Little giants full of eggs Now im gonna have to stack the new eggs into the other Little giant so the quail can hatch in the other one.
I just called custmer service. She tried to say it was my fualt becuase your sapose to barely touch it to adjust the temp . I was like Listen I have to Little giant incubators Im very use to barely touching temp countrols. And besides it didnt bust by turning it the actuall plate that has the turning mechinisiam in it moved . So she gave me a return authersation but said I had to pay shipping I was like I got this yesteerday and its already broken and you want me to pay shipping again. So then she said she would send out ups to pick it up.
, If one good thing came out of my son being born with his condition and haveing more then two dozen hospitalizations and 4 surgries is Im not intimdated by people that think there in charge and who are use to brushing others off as stupid or incompatant.
. I sapose there is a chance I pushed a little to hard though I dont feel I did but if the **** things break that easy why havent I seen posts about it befor cuase you cant tell me that every person on here that has one touches the **** things like they are made out of fine china.
Can I crawl back into bed now and wake up tammrow .
