Shelley--I will be setting buttons AGAIN on the 7th...This will be my third time! I have not hatched a baby yet. The fertility is good. When I check after day 24 or so I always find fully developed dead chicks and very few quitters or infertile. My boy is doing his job! WHat am I doing wrong? I use a 1588 with auto turner and an added fan. Cook at 100* humidity to start around 25%, finish at 64%. Any ideas? THanks for the help! Terri O

I would keep the humidity around 50% for the entire incubation, even hatch time. If you want to increase it at hatch time you can, but they do good without any changes.

When you check them, have any pipped into the air cell or are they still completely enclosed in the membrane?
