I have blue cockeral, too! His name is Mosby. He is still a young wipper snapper though. He is soon to be 23 weeks old. He is a big boy but still a baby.

If you only knew the $$ I have shelled out to get a pretty one! I do love those blue orp boys. What a shame only 1 roo to a flock. Although I am hoping my little splash roo looking chick is indeed a roo. I am keeping him!

I have room for 3 roos plus Mosby.

I want a true black, not a black from a blue/black/splash. I have a blue. I am fairly sure I have a splash. I know I will get a Buff from Jody's eggs - that's a statistical given if more than 2 hatch! Then I am full up on roos.

I still have to work on that black. Gordie's eggs failed so I have to start over on the black but I don'tknow if I am ready for it this spring. Maybe I'll try again in the fall.
