Uh Oh. Is Lily a Rooster?

my personal opinion is that I have no idea whether you bird is a pullet or cockrel. Just in case, you could rename Lily. That is what we did with, what we think, will be a rooster. Choose a gender neutral name. My 7 year old renamed ours - are you ready for this? - the new name is Crock Pot. Hmmm, maybe she is telling me something. LOL

If Lily is a rooster, I won't be renaming her. She'll need to go. We will all be terribly sad, but we cannot keep a rooster here.

I had no idea about ISA Browns/Red Sex Links, etc. Thanks for that info.

I am pretty sure Lily is a cross breed with ISA Brown, New Hampshire, Australorp, or White Leghorn.
The breeder wasn't very specific.

If all of you think she looks like a red sex link pullet, then that sounds good to me.

Looks like a pullet to me. Whether or not it is a 1st generation sex-link I couldn't tell ya, but certainly looks like a pullet.
