Uh oh, is this a sign of Cocci? Poo picture

Just noticed this on the paper towels in the brooder from my 5 day old chicks. I've been changing the paper towels 2x a day to try to keep it clean and cleaning all their feeding dishes too What did I do wrong? And, if it is cocci, what do I do now?

Cocci is normally only a problem after they are a few weeks old. Where did the chicks come from, a hatchery? It may be a little of intestinal shed. Just watch for anymore of that.
