i shot a possum last night with my .22 and one of my girls found an empty hull and ate it
i was wondering should i be worried or will it just pass

Keep an eye on her. She should pass it in a day or so. There aren't any edges on it that can damage her intestines, are there?

To help her pass it you could soak some bread in olive oil and feed her a bit of it a couple times of day.
This is what I was told to do when Lilith dined on broken glass.
