Uhh missing feathers on butt? And it’s red

So basically I noticed red spots on my chickens behind and I was wondering what it is what is It and how can I cure it?

Can you take a moment and inspect her skin/feathers for parasites. Like mites, lice, or other bugs. Then report back. If you see anything else unusual take a photo of it and post it.
