I'm new, not yet got my chickens but am in the planning and building stage with help from my dad. I'm not sure whose more excited about it me or him.
I have had chickens before but it was over 10 years ago.
I live in a small village in Morayshire Scotland.

I'm hoping to get 8 birds, two each of the following silkies, polish, white Sussex x1, Rhodes Island red x1, lavender aruncanax1 and a black one but can't remember the breed.

How nice! I have some Swedish Flowers, Penedesencas, an Araucana, a Welsumer, and their hybrid offspring, one of which looks like a Brakel as it happens!

yep, sure is! I’ve had something poultry related most of my adult life but always kept it under control, now I’m past caring about control and have a hatching addiction The trouble is, they grow up too quickly
