Hello everyone,

is anyone of you interested in showing me their flock and telling me a bit about their personal chicken experience? I am researching hen-keeping in the UK and I would love to visit some of you UK-based Chicken keepers.

Some more info about my project: I am a PhD student at the University of Roehampton and I am involved in a large project between multiple universities on the relationship between people and chickens today and in the past (for more information: http://www.roehampton.ac.uk/News/Roehampton-confirmed-as-part-of-£1-94m-research-project/). The focus of my part of the research is modern hen-keeping and I seek to understand what kind of relationships people have with their chickens. Over the next three years I want to find out everything there is about small scale, private chicken-keeping in the UK.
