I'd go with welsummer (I like the welsummery, she probably isn't pure) hen, probably older than stated. She may be fairly mature with those spurs, past her prime production. How long have you had her?

Ive had 2 months. She's fairly friendly but I had to separate from one of my older barred rock hens. They go after each other.
