Umbical Hernia ???

Baby chick born on Easter with what I think is an umbilical hernia. It had the umbilical cord wrapped around one leg which I clipped. It is separated from others in clean brooder. Any advice on if this can be treated would be appreciated.

Neosporin without pain relief will be good enough. It will eventually heal up and go away on its own.
