Ok, I ordered 3 pullets from Meyer here a few weeks back. I ordered 2 Blue copper marans pullets ( beautiful) and one Blue Ameraucana pullet. Ok, so the supposed Ameraucana was splash. I was okay with that. Then I noticed she had yellowish legs, and no muffs or beard. So I got on the phone with Meyer, I sent them a few pics and they agreed that they had sent me the wrong breed, but couldn't tell me what she was. They gave me a 20.00 credit. I call her Chicken Little because she is the noisiest chick! OMG she is constantly running around the brooder like the sky is falling. So, I took some pics, she has developed an ashy color to her legs, and is indeed a splash. ( I think?!) She has no comb at all! She is still clean faced. Can anybody tell me what this noisy little brat is? LOL
