I had issues with my incubator temp that caused a late hatch, with most not hatching, and an assisted hatch that went well. I have a few who pipped and have made no progress in a few days, but they are alive. I helped one of these out, despite it being day 25, because it was cheeping at me and I needed to see what was going on. It seems to have no neck muscles, like it was in the egg too long, and I don't think it's viable. And I have a feeling the other 2 are going to be the same. Should I assist the others and see? Should I cull them? And if so, how do I cull an egg? I need some help here.

I don't really think it is worth the effort. When temperature is low throughout, there is usually no success in hatching.
Yes, I know. My issue is how to handle these chicks that are living in pipped eggs
