Un-Zipped Chick! Does it need help. Has been over 12 hours

I put 36 eggs into the incubator and 23 days later one hatched! The chick is the only one to have completely hatched so far. It hatched last night and now it is all fluffed up and healthy. This is my first time having hatching success. Another chick finished un-zipping and is trying to get out of the shell. It pipped last night and zipped through the night. It is about 13 hours later and the chick hasnt gotten out of its shell. It is breathing. It is also chirping every once and a while I am just worried and wondering if it is ok. I have not tried to help it get out.

You can always give it another 2-3 hrs to be sure if it's just resting, or not. Is there a chick still in the incubator for encouragement?

There is another chick in the incubator for encouragement. The chick in the egg rests and then tries to push out of the egg but doesn't make any progress.

Membranes look dry, won't hurt to moisturize with a little bit of coconut oil dabbed on with a Q-tip.
