Unable to Change Profile Picture on Mobile

I have been consistently unable to change my profile picture using Backyard Chickens mobile website. I am using my iPhone X and the most recent version of Safari. I have deleted my browser history, but have not tried a different browser. I’d prefer to keep all of my browsing on Safari.
I am able to complete all steps needed to change my profile picture except getting my profile picture to actually change.



After completing the previous steps I get to the loading screen where after loading my profile picture should be changed. The problem is it never stops loading. I can wait 5, 10, even 15 minutes and the loading bar in the top right corner never disappears and so my profile picture never gets changed.

I think it's likely a browser issue, I'm not aware of any other members that are having the same issue. What's the avatar you want to use? I can upload it for you.

Could you upload this one for me? I'm getting and error too. Tried both aspects, neither works. It says 50kb limit which isn't possible as all of my profile pics have been much larger than that.

We need to have a limit on avatar sizes to ensure that pages load properly, but I think they should be automatically resized. I uploaded the gif as your avatar. The issue could also be related to your connection not being fast enough to upload the larger image.

Thanks. The uploader for profile pics probably just isn't setup to auto resize and compress gif files. I think my upload speed should be okay but who knows. Either way, greatly appreciate it!
