Solved Unable to search

hi im unable to search anything without seeing “if you aren’t logged in try ______
if you are logged in clear your search history, and if that still persists then contact ___” im at the part where im logged and i cleared my search history yet this problem still persists even though i tried closing my tabs etc.. does anyone know how to fix this?

I just tested my searching, and it's occurring for me too.

Search engine on top right of page:

Search engine under "Search Forums":

It's the same on "Search Articles."

I'm on my Samsung phone and am using Google Chrome. I'm also currently on a public wifi at a dentist office.
