Unbalanced and/or weak ten week old hen **SHE RECOVERED!**

Update:

Little Chip, the wobbly hen, is doing much better. We gave her 1/2 a Baytril pill twice a day for a week, and watched her closely. I don't know if the antibiotic did the trick or if she just got better on her own. Her wobble is pretty much gone, and her coordination is good. I have no idea what was wrong with her, but thought it might help others out there with similar wobbly chickens to know that sometimes they do get better.

Thanks everyone for lending an ear!

Thank you so much for your story! We have a wobbly rooster, and haven't been able to figure out what was wrong. The vet said it might be a Vitamin B deficiency, but that didn't seem to help. He's been off-balance and stumbling for a couple of weeks now, but still able to get around, eat, poop, etc. Now I'll call my vet and ask for Baytril!

Thanks!
