Poor thing! Give her Nutri-Drench, and add electrolytes to their water if you haven't already. Also, try and help her eat.
Also, does she see okay?
I strongly suggest giving her the Nutri-Drench. It has saved one of our chick's lives, and is helping one of our hens.
