Unconscious hen

help! I went to close up coop tonight and found one of my hens stuck on the ladder to roost. Head hanging down, unconscious but breathing. Brought her in and she is still warming. She is breathing like she's asleep but eyes stay shut. But when I slightly open them, she moves her eyes. Every once in a while she perks her head up.see video
