under developed turkey

i have a baby turkey that se ems to be under developed its little face even looks wrong like it has m,s or something not to sure ,im surprised it made it this long it cant see very well, its chirp is very weird an its body is way small like it is growing at a very small pace compare to the other babies ,an its always tired ,thought id just raise it wont ever be dinner ,it'll be just a farm pet but it sure is a wired little thing ,always running into stuff ,has any one else ever had a baby born like this
